Brewhouse Cottage

14 Constitution Hill, SETTLE, North Yorkshire, BD24 9ER
Self-catering cottage
Sleeps 1 or 2

Situated between Robin Hill and The Old Brewhouse, this genuinely tiny Grade II listed Georgian cottage is probably the smallest cottage in Settle and very convenient for shops, pubs, eating places, bus stop and railway station.

The front door opens into the dining lounge with sofa, dining table and two chairs, coffee table, flame effect electric fire and smart TV with DVD player. Down 3 steps the kitchen is small but very well equipped and the back door leads to a tiny patio garden with table, chairs, and access to the shared laundry.

Upstairs the bedroom has a standard double bed, dressing table & chair and generous hanging space. The tiny bathroom has a wasbasin, toilet and electric shower over the original claw-footed iron bath. Both rooms have exposed beams.

Brewhouse Cottage is all-electric. All fuel, power, bedlinen & towels included in price.

Full Fibre Broadband. On-street parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking
