Terms and Conditions:
Please telephone or email before booking to check availability for the dates you require. Provisional bookings will be held for one week.
A deposit of £50 (per week or short break) is payable on booking. The balance is due one week before your stay.
Cancellations must be received in writing (emails are accepted) and will be acknowledged immediately. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is forfeited.
Your accommodation will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival, unless by prior agreement with the owner. Please contact the owner a few days before your arrival to arrange key collection.
On the day of departure please vacate the cottage by 10.00am (unless by prior arrangement with the owner).
The maximum number of people to be accommodated overnight in each cottage should not be exceeded.
