ROBIN HILL

12 Constitution Hill, SETTLE, BD24 9ER

Robin Hill is a cosy 18th century Grade II listed cottage set on a hill just off the main market square within easy walking distance of Settle's excellent choice of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as the bus stop and railway station.

The front door opens into the dining lounge with 2-seater sofa, retro fireside chair, old rocking chair, coffee table & pouffe, flatscreen TV and dining table with 3 dining chairs. There are exposed beams, a window seat and a living flame gas fire set in a large feature stone fireplace. Down 2 steps is a small but well equipped kitchen with access to the patio garden with table & 2 chairs, and also to the shared laundry.
Also on the ground floor the bathroom, which has a washbasin, toilet and shower cubicle, is converted from the old pantry and still has the old slate shelves, now used to store towels.

Upstairs the front bedroom has a standard double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, chest of drawers with large mirror, a chair, a hanging space for clothes and a window seat. The back bedroom has a single bed, stool, wardrobe, and views over the rooftops of Settle.
